Question
I am graduating high school this May and afterwards I am hoping to move to Europe for a few months with three friends. I am curious what would be the best city to live in where we would be able to work and afford the basics; food, someplace to sleep, and alcohol. We are from Arizona and all of us are very friendly outgoing types. I love places where people are friendly and interested in meeting new people. So whats a good party city to live in Europe?
